Acura Emissions System Problem

2016 MDX Sh-AWD Adv/Enter 41K miles Just now, the dashboard reads "Emissions System Problem". Checked the gas cap & it's fine. I filled up the gas today and I'm really good about tightening to hear the click. Other than the recent big snow storm, I'm not aware of anything unusual. Anyone?
